Randolph County Board of Commissioners
We serve as Administrative Assistants to the Randolph County Board of Commissioners.
Human Resources
Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
We coordinate IMRF retirement and investment programs.
Accounts Payable
We are responsible for payment of all Randolph County expenditures.
Insurance
We help coordinate health and life insurance for Randolph County employees.
Payroll
We are responsible for courthouse, Sheriff’s Office, Highway Department and Health Department payroll.

How are County Board meeting dates determined?
The dates are scheduled on a quarterly basis, set by the County Board members at the first meeting in the quarter.

Yes! There are notary publics in:
- the County Clerk’s Office,
- the Treasurer’s Office
- the Mapping/Platting Office
- the Human Resources Office
- the Assessor’s Office
- the Circuit Clerk’s Office
There is no charge to the public.
